Monthly Message from your District Governor
Hello Fellow
Lions of District 33S:
On October 24th, we held our
second successful Voting Cabinet Meeting at the Lakeville Lions Club. Over Pizza we exchanged a lot of ideas
and good information about the different
clubs. Zone Chairman Ken Corti gave an
excellent report on the Walk-A-Long, almost $19,000
has been raised so far. Once again the Carnation Day was a great success $3,952
was raised thanks to Lion Melissa Brown. The Youth Speech and Peace Poster Contest
is now under way. We have a great
chance to visit Schepens Eye Research Institute on the 29th of November thanks
to the
508-238-7539.
A final report
was given by our Region and Zone Chairpersons. A Great job done by all!
Thank you
DG.George Hart

VANITY LICENSE PLACES
We need 1500 plate applications before the Registry of Motor Vehicles will make your new LIONS plates. The LIONS PLATE will help in getting public recognition, which we’ve lacked over the years past. You can purchase a VANITY LIONS plate for only $40.00, but if you want a low number (1-1000) it will cost a tax deductible, $140.00, which includes a $100.00 donation to MLERFI. I believe this $100 is a one time charge.
For more information and/or an application contact:
