November 1st. District 33S Lions

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 30th . Lions from District 33S will be taking a ROAD TRIP TO VISIT THE MASS EYE AND EAR RESEARCH CENTER in Boston.  Mass Eye and Ear is a recipient of funds from our Mass Lions Eye Research Fund (MLERFI) and we will be getting an update on the valuable biomedical research being done with our contributions.  If you wonder why we’re saving all those pennies, come along and see what that effort is paying for!

We will be taking a bus from the Park & Ride at Rtes. 106 and 24 (near the Charlie Horse) at 6:00PM sharp, and returning at about 10 PM.  There will be a diabetic-conscious box lunch and drinks provided and the estimated cost is $20.00.  Any excess funds are contributed to MLERFI.  More info will be provided as November 30th approaches, or you may call R C Carl Johannesen at 508-238-7539 to make reservations.  *The bus only holds 42 people, so don’t wait too long!.  Reserve your seat now.
