Monthly Message from your District Governor
To the lions of
District 33S
A
Family and friends are the gifts that we hold in our hearts all year through, so I send this holiday hello. Take a break from this season’s hectic routine give yourself time to dream remember we all dream dreams that never come true but have had enough success to make us dream on. Anger leads us to using power of a destructive kind, while a soft answer lends itself to reason. I like to think that we all share the same mission, That freedom and peace shall reign in this and other lands let us hope for this thought to remain in our hearts this holiday season and throughout the year Despite what occurs during the coming year may the glory and meaning of Christmas remain a song of joy in your daily life. I wish for you and your families peace and joy during this holiday season.
My congratulations to all of the lions in the District. Job well done on all of the fund raisers you have done this year for the clubs and for the communities. I wish to thank the members of my voting cabinet for all of the hard work that you have done with the clubs this year. Once again I would like to remind you that it is important to know that December 15th is the dead line to get your reports in to CST Joe Rizzo for the Mid-Winter
Convention. I would like to thank all of the clubs that I have visited so far this year for the warm and kind reception that you have shown myself and CST Joe.
My best wishes for a happy holiday season.
Yours in Lionism District Governor George Hart

VANITY LICENSE PLACES
We need 1500 plate applications before the Registry of Motor Vehicles will make your new LIONS plates. The LIONS PLATE will help in getting public recognition, which we’ve lacked over the years past. You can purchase a VANITY LIONS plate for only $40.00, but if you want a low number (1-1000) it will cost a tax deductible, $140.00, which includes a $100.00 donation to MLERFI. I believe this $100 is a one time charge.
